Reality is Broken Book Study

Jul 12, 2012

BOOK REPORTS: If you haven’t read Jane McGonigal's Reality is Broken here’s an opportunity do so while discussing its classroom implications and applications amongst a community of educators. The Virginia Society for Technology in Education has chosen the book for its Summer 2012 Book Study, and organized a number of Second Life discussions -- one of which features Mrs. Catherine Flippen, the focus of this edition’s DILO portrait. The first discussion has already passed, but reading has just begun so it’s not too late! If you’d rather read at your own leisure, you can still follow the asynchronous discussion on this Ning forum. Future meetings fall on Mondays: July 23rd, August 6th, and August 20th at 8pm EST (that's 5pm SecondLife Time/PST) on VSTE Island.
