WHAT APPLE HAS IN THE "WORKS": The Interwebs is already flooded with reports and reactions to Apple's announcement. (Here's ours.) And although Dan Wineman has a bone to pick with the definition of "Works" in the iBooks Author app EULA, it appears that the OER community has been spared: "Section 2b(i) if your Work is provided for free (at no charge), you may distribute the Work by any available means." For you crazy capitalists, know that Apple will take its cut and restrict distribution to the iBooks store.
