JOIN THE LEAGUE: Innovation doesn’t happen in silos. Digital Promise, the nonprofit spearheading work to connect education leaders, researchers and entrepreneurs, is now accepting applications from new members for its 2016-2017 cohort of the League of Innovative Schools. In the five years since its launch, the network has grown to 73 school districts, serving more than 3.2 million students, across 33 states. District leaders convene regularly to share best practices and visit each other’s campuses. Don’t slack! Applications are due 11:59 p.m. PDT on July 11, 2016.
