Based in West Hartford, CT, SchoolChapters offers a comprehensive set of digital tools for early childhood to higher-ed students and covers assessments, professional development and e-portfolios. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt had purchased a 25% stake in SchoolChapters back in April 2013. Crunchbase reports that SchoolChapters has raised a total of $3.2 million since its founding in 2009.
