TESTING FRAGMENTATION: EdWeek has mapped the national K-12 testing landscape. The map shows that 17 states are using Smarter Balanced tests, nine states and D.C. will use PARCC exams and the remaining 24 states are either generating their own tests or “undecided.” So much for the United States of Common Core tests.
