Levo League Scores $7M Seed Round

Feb 11, 2014

LEVO LEAGUE: Re/code reports that angel investors have chipped in $7 million to Levo League, a online career coaching resource and community for "Gen Y" women. The NYC-based startup has now raised over $8 million, after getting $1.25 million earlier from investors that include Sheryl Sandberg, Gina Bianchini, Susan Lyne and Fran Hauser. The site currently offers live online mentoring with established professionals (such as Warren Buffet), a jobs board, and "Local Levo" communities where members can meet up. The team of 12 will move its headquarters to SF and build Levo 2.0 to better personalize the user experience.
