Brown Inspires ELA Wikipedia Edit-a-thons

GETTING "WIKI" WITH IT: We’ve all heard of Wikipedia. So how about hosting a Wikipedia edit-a-thon? Inspired by an event at Brown University, Edcetera’s Kristen Hicks walks us through the process for creating a student project that involves editing and researching out-of-the-limelight topics. After all, Stephen Colbert shouldn’t be the only one encouraging the public to make changes to Wikipedia articles (especially when his propositions are somewhat ridiculous).
