School Context

This organization serves over 90 school districts. They work with curriculum vendors to offer their schools vetted, aligned and strong technology solutions.

State of Technology

The districts that this organization serves have limited resources to hire, train and offer in school AP classes. By hosting online classes, this organization provides districts a way to teach college-ready students and offer them the best and more rigorous curriculum.

Currently, the organization uses Apex Learning for online asynchronous and synchronous courses. Some of these courses are embedded into the school's daily classes while others are implemented as at home course solutions. One of their concerns with their current solution is that the courses' start and end dates are not flexible. Another pain point is that much of the instruction in the course is text heavy and seems outdated. Finally, they would like a company that would be a partner to the organization, willing to work with them to be flexible and meet the needs of students they serve instead of being unaccommodating and ridgid about their services.
