OER VIDEO WINNERS: Congratulations to the winners of the Why Open Education Matters video competition. Launched in March with this video by Mr. Arne Duncan, the competition garnered over 60 video entries; some with very high brow production, as was the case with first-place winner, Blinktower, a creative agency in Capetown, South Africa. Second and third place finishes go to Ms. Laura Rachfalski and Ms. Nadia Paola Mireles Torres, respectively. In appropriate OER fashion, all of the qualifying videos are available here for viewing, distribution, and editing under the CC BY 3.0 license.
