Oct 25, 2012

UDACITY: $15 million to Palo Alto, CA-based Udacity in Series B round led by Andreessen Horowitz, with existing investors Charles River Ventures and Steve Blank also participating, reports AllThingsD. Andreessen's Peter Levine will join the company board (and shares his excitement to be part of an audacious "software eats education" undertaking). Udacity, which currently boasts over 753,000 "student" signups, has raised $21.1 million to date.
