CRORE'CHING: There's better business in India. Leading Indian preschool chain, Tree House Education, went public in the third quarter, raising $25.3 million. Backers include: Matrix Partners India, the Omidyar Network and Foundation Capital, which also invests in Chegg. Also India test- prep specialist, Resonance Eduventures, snagged a $22 million investment from CLSA Capital Partners.
