DESIGN BY EDUCATORS: Cambridge, MA-based Design By Educators, Inc. has raised $325K from angel investors, according to Boston Business Journal. Founded by a 15-year veteran teacher, the startup offers an app, Quick Key, that uses the camera on the iPhone or iPad to scan multiple-choice quizzes and upload the results. Over 9,000 teachers across 40 countries have used the app since its release in September 2013. The startup is reportedly seeking to raise another $400K.
