JUST A PIECE OF PAPER? That's the question posed by Degreed founder David Blake, who argues that the college experience and credentials shouldn't be an "all-or-nothing" deal. Online education is often bundled and sold this way, when they should really consider offering alternative credentials for micro skill sets. His wonderful analogy: "Why buy a whole album when I only value a few songs enough to purchase?"
