HERE'S LOOKING AT YOU, KID: On September 25, NBC will convene what it boasts will be the "largest gathering of teachers from across the country" for its second nationally televised Teacher Town Hall (broadcast live on MSNBC at noon ET) as part of its Education Nation summit. Warren Buffett and Melinda Gates are slated to show up for a chat with Tom Brokaw on Sept. 26. Also, debuting will be the Teacher Wall, a social networking site for educators, funded by Scholastic, DonorsChoose.org, and the Gates Foundation. They want to amass 1,000 video clips from teachers by the time of launch, so if you've got something to say, let your voice be heard!
