ON THE BUS: So we doubt that the Honorable Secretary himself will be snoozing in a seat as the Department of Education's bus rolls across America. But there are certainly plenty of events and stops that senior department members will be making over the next couple of weeks. The tour starts in Silicon Valley. The first official stop for Sec. Duncan will be on Sept. 12 at Sequoia High School in Redwood City. (EdSurge is lending a hand with a Makerspace rollout on Sept. 10). Sacramento is stop two, followed by Reno.
