THANK U, NEXT: UWorld, a Dallas-based exam preparation company, has bought Roger CPA Review, a San Francisco-based provider of video lectures and other test-prep tools to help users become a certified public accountant. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, Roger will change its name to Roger CPA Review Powered by UWorld, according to a statement earlier this month.

Founded in 2001, Roger CPA says it has helped over 200,000 students become CPAs and claims to have a 91 percent pass rate. Founded in 2003, UWorld claims to have helped over a million students prepare for exams including the ACT, SAT and MCAT.
