Trilogy Education Acquires Two Companies to Broaden Its Jobs Reach

Trilogy Education, a workforce accelerator, has acquired two companies, according to a press release. The first, Firehose Project, is an online coding platform. The second, JobTrack, is a career services platform. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

According to the press release, the Firehose platform’s “advanced technology and mentor network will be integrated” into Trilogy Education’s platform, curricula and student services. JobTrack’s technology will also be “incorporated into Trilogy Education’s existing platform.”

Dan Sommer, CEO and founder of Trilogy Education, said in a statement that the acquisitions will help the company broaden its reach by using “online delivery models, data driven insights, and advanced technology.”
