Jul 19, 2017

LEARNERBLY, a London-based provider of professional learning tools for companies to support employee training and development, has raised £1.6 million (approximately US $2.1 million) in a seed round led by Frontline Ventures. Other investors include Playfair Capital, the London Co-Investment Fund (LCIF), Future Planet Capital and a gaggle of UK-based tech angels.

Founded in 2016, Learnerbly offers content recommendations in the form of “learning playlists” curated by industry experts from the likes of Airbnb and Google. The company’s founder and CEO, Rajeeb Dey, previously launched internship platform Enternships, which is the parent company of Learnerbly, reports TechCrunch.
