GO TO HIGH SCHOOL: Walmart and Cengage Learning have partnered to offer an accredited high school diploma, college credit and credentialed career certificates to Walmart employees through Walmart's Lifelong Learning suite of initiatives. The program, dubbed Career Online High School, has graduated roughly 130 Walmart employees, and another 433 are currently enrolled, according to a press release. Employees can take ESL, standard high school or career-specific classes.
