FINDING THE RAINBOW INTERNET CONNECTION: Hey, rural school district administrators and teachers—if your internet is expensive, slower than molasses, or virtually nonexistent, you might want to take advantage of this offering. First launched last year, the Farm Bill Broadband Loans and Loan Guarantees program offers loans to fund the cost of "construction, improvement, or acquisition of facilities and equipment needed to provide service at the broadband lending speed" in eligible rural areas and communities.
