MANCH: Indian test prep provider Toppr has acquired Manch, another online test prep platform, according to Yourstory. Founded in 2013, Manch offers test preparation services and corporate training, and the company has launched a new feature while working at Toppr's headquarters in Mumbai. This is Toppr's second acquisition in a year; it bought EasyPrep in April 2015. Terms of the deal with Manch were not disclosed, but the money for the deal may have come from Toppr's recent $2 million round raised for acquisitions.
