A GROWING COLLECTION: BizLibrary has acquired all the assets of AK Learning—current customers, intellectual property and products. AK Learning makes video courses and the Booster Learning Reinforcement Platform, which focuses on employees' retention of corporate training. BizLibrary will add these videos and tools to its content collection of employee training materials and integrate them with its learning management system. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the press release.
