AFLAME WITH SCIENTIFIC CURIOSITY: What do space exploration, hip-hop videos and mud have in common? Science! NewSchools Ignite has announced its the 15 winners of its first-ever Learning Challenge, and they all use inventive concepts to pique student interest.
Among the awardees are Ardusat, which allows students to program real satellites, Flocabulary, which explains students scientific terms through hip hop videos and MudWatt, which teaches students STEM through the mechanics of mud.
