Quad Learning Raises $4.8M to Boost Community College Success

QUAD LEARNING: According to a recent SEC filing, Washington, DC-based Quad Learning has raised $4.8 million through debt financing. Investors involved in the deal have yet to be disclosed. NEA, Comcast Ventures, SWaN & Legend Venture Partners and more have participated in previous rounds of equity financing. Founded in 2012, Quad Learning works with community colleges to expand and support the American Honors program, which enables high performing community college students to complete a bachelor’s degree at one of 30 four-year colleges participating in the program.
