CATAPULT LEARNING, a provider of K-12 professional development services and a mix of print and digital assessment and intervention resources, has merged with Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), which offers programs for students with learning challenges. According to the release, the new entity, which will be called Catapult Learning, Inc., will boast a combined 5,500 employees and serve more than 300,000 US students. It will be the "nation's largest provider of contracted instructional services."
