CampusLogic Raises $4.1M to Help Students, Schools Navigate Financial Aid

CAMPUSLOGIC: $4.1 million to Gilbert, AZ-based CampusLogic in convertible note financing round led by University Ventures and Continental Investors, with Matt Pittinsky (CEO of Parchment) and Deborah Quazzo (founder of GSV Advisors) also participating. (Here's the full list of investors.) Founded in 2011, CampusLogic offers a mobile tool that helps students and administrators in more than 30 universities navigate the financial aid process. CEO Gregg Scoresby tells Phoenix Business Journal he's looking to hire "at least" 10 employees in the next two months.
