EXTENDED TIME: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) extended the deadline for US districts, schools and libraries to apply for e-rate funding, from March 26 to April 16. The $1.5 billion available will go towards building tech infrastructure in schools. More here.
