17ZUOYE: Happy Chinese New Year--and $100 million worth of hongbao--to Beijing-based 17zuoye, which has closed a Series D round led by H Capital and joined by Temasek, Yuri Milner and Shunwei Capital Partners. The company, whose name means "homework together," offers an online collaboration platform that lets teachers create, distribute and grade assignments and share students' performance with parents.
