DEVICE LIBRARY: Google will offer a lending library of Chromebooks at 12 US college campuses this fall. The Chromebook café installations will make 3-day tours of campuses in September and October, where students will be able to check out a laptop for the duration of the café’s stay on their campus for no charge. Just remember to return it before the end of the week--$199 may be a bargain for a Chromebook, but it's a hefty library late fee.
