Founded in 2003, CardSmith, based in Doylestown, PA, provides campus card solutions and card program management services to hundreds of institutions and over 2 million cardholders. 2014 has been a big year for Blackboard, as the LMS provider bought MyEdu in January and Perceptis in July.
