EngTechNow Wins $3M Grant

May 2, 2014

A campaign to raise the status of engineers in the UK has attracted £2M ($3.03 million) in funding from the Gatsby Charitable Foundation. EngTechNow aims to raise awareness about the value of registration as an Engineering Technician and different vocational and apprenticeship routes to becoming an Engineering Technician. The new round of funding will allow the campaign to go nation-wide, according to this report by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
