FRUITY: Barnes & Noble has quietly launched a beta version of a digital textbook app (named after one of our favorite fruits), but first impressions leave much to be desired. For one, Yuzu is not compatible with B&N's previous education app. And currently it's only available for Internet Explorer (good luck), Safari and the iPad. Changes and improvement are surely on the way, but will this be enough to save the company from its digital slump?
