LEND A HAND(BOOK): Hear ye! The Office of Educational Technology in the US Department of Education is developing an edtech Handbook for entrepreneurs. This guide is for edtech developers—either startups or established organizations new to the K-12 education space. It will provide information about districts, schools, teachers and students, and give enough background to get an edtech startup going. At SXSWedu (happening next week!), representatives will have drafts of the handbook available for comment.
