Summit Public Schools Heads To Washington State

NW DREAMIN': Summit Public Schools is headed to the Evergreen State. This week Washington's statewide charter school commission approved proposals for six new charters, which included two new Summit schools in Seattle and Tacoma respectively. This is the first step for the charter network outside the San Francisco Bay Area, where it runs six schools with a unique combination of blended learning and project based learning. The two new schools in will open to their first 9th grade class in the Fall of 2015.
