SAY WHAT? Education industry veteran and strategist (and EdSurge contributor) Frank Catalano has gotten himself riled up again about those cloying, meaningless tech terms. His four words to forget in 2014: "open," "MOOC," "cloud" and "high definition." (Don't let him catch you with a press release touting these words.)
