FIRST LADY ONBOARD: Twitter got some flak this year for not having a female on its board of directors. Today, the social media giant announced that former Pearson CEO Marjorie Scardino would be its first. To mark the occasion, Scardino publicly Tweeted for the first time. (The New York Times points out she had two Twitter accounts during her 15 years Pearson--one private and one anonymous.)
