myEDmatch Raises $2.6 Million

MYEDMATCH: Kansas City-based myEDMatch, a site that matches teachers looking for jobs with schools, raised $2.6 million in a Series A round led by St. Louis-based FTL Capital, which coordinated a group of investors and executives to support myEDMatch. The company had previously raised $290K. The myEDMatch site launched in February 2013 and has since recruited 200 paying school customers. More than 15,000 teachers have built out digital resumes and teaching portfolios on the site.
