BETA ZEEIK is a video curation tool that allows users to search, edit and remix YouTube videos under specific themes called 'zeeiks'. We hastily threw together an "EdSurge on Edtech" zeeik of video interviews in a matter of minutes, and could have just as easily generated zeeiks showcasing our Khan Academy favorites or top American History speeches. The breadth and depth of available subjects is only limited by what's available on YouTube. Educators looking to add an additional level of granularity to their flipped classroom experience will appreciate the simple editing controls and ability to embed zeeiks on classroom blogs and websites.
