InternMatch Raises $1.2M Bridge Round

INTERNMATCH: $1.2 million to SF-based InternMatch from existing investors, notably Dave McClure, Mitch Kapor, and Vishal Makhijani, along with new ones from AngelList, reports TechCrunch. This bridge round brings the funding total to the 500 Startups-incubated company to $2.1 million. InternMatch currently works with over 350 universities to match students with internship positions at companies that include high-profilers like Google and Facebook. The service is free for students, while companies pay anywhere from $129 per posting to over $949 a year for more.
