Books on the Block: McGraw-Hill investors are calling for a four-way breakup of the company, which includes cleaving off the education books division. Before the markets melted, the NYTimes reported McGraw Hill hoped to "spin off" its education division, which accounts for about a third of its revenue. Now chances are it will wind up in the hands of private equity buyers.
