Coordinator, University Surveys
University of South Alabama - Mobile, Alabama - Full time
- Organizes and implements University student teaching evaluations to include management of multiple large and complex data sets used to launch student teaching evaluations with accuracy and in a timely manner using institutional software.
- With collaboration and input from the University community, develops and implements institutional surveys to assess student experiences from their first year through post-graduation and provides useful information for decision-making.
- Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of University survey data with special attention to improving the integration and use of data from separate University data collections and software systems.
- Ensures appropriate dissemination of data and reports to the University community.
- Supports University assessment in the analysis and use of assessment information.
- Supports faculty in the use of the University’s system to collect and disseminate results of University student teaching evaluations.
- Supports campus users in the development of surveys and the use of University survey systems.
- Supports the University community in identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing the data and information needed for efficiency, continuous improvement, and decision-making.
- Oversees implementation of the University’s survey policy.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
