Dr. Luvon Hudson has a career that spans over 15 years, marked by her diverse expertise in teaching, curriculum development, educator professional development and educational technology administration. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Education in Training and Development, and a Doctorate in Instructional Design for Online Learning.
Originally rooted in human resources management, Dr. Hudson transitioned into the realm of education, holding positions such as Executive Director of Online Learning, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Academic Officer and, most recently, Chief Programs Officer with a focus on rebuilding the Black teacher pipeline. Her professional trajectory has seen her delve into various educational management domains, with a keen focus on career and technical education (CTE), career-connected learning (CCL), competency-based education (CBE), continuing education, online learning and instructional design across non-profit and corporate sectors. Driven by a passion for collaborative problem-solving in education, she thrives on crafting learning pathways that seamlessly integrate pedagogy, technology and UX design.
