Finding creative ways to solve complex problems is foundational to Charlie Thayer’s professional career in education. Formatively trained as a social studies teacher at the secondary level, Thayer has been working in education, with a specific focus on online education, for nearly 15 years.
Serving in several capacities within the field, from teacher, developer, support roles and administration, both on the academic and technical sides, has allowed Thayer to expand his field of vision and understanding of the nuanced nature of online learning and develop approaches that can serve a multitude of educational settings. His passion is connecting relevant tools and assets efficiently, enabling teachers to more easily meet students where they are.
