WHATCHAMACALLIT REVEALED: With stylish QR codes popping up on street corners and store windows, Wikipedia has decided to join the fun with QRpedia. Launched in April to provide informational content for museums and art galleries, it came under the spotlight last week on the Wikimedia blog with its a simple but powerful concept: the code will fish out the mobile Wikipedia article that describes it, in whatever language your phone currently uses. Pretty cool that you don't have to even know what something is called before looking it up, don't you think?
