STARTLING NEWS: Laurie Racine of NY-based edtech accelerator Startl offers not so much startup strategies (as Education Week's title suggests) as much as hints of "changes afoot in how Startl operates." This piece, (along with word-of-mouth) suggests that Startl is downshifting its role as an incubator and revving its role as facilitator, most notably though its hosting of promising edtech startups at General Assembly.
