Mindshapes $4 million round

Mindshapes: $4 million to London, UK-based Mindshapes led by Index Ventures, with Richmond Park Partners and existing investors also participating. The two-year-old startup has developed a series of educational apps targeted at children ages 2 to 12, covering fairy tales, math, puzzles, and memory training, among other subjects. Mindshapes also caters to older audiences with its Language City app for language learning. The company previously raised $5 million in November 2011. More details in TechCrunch.
