ROLE REVERSAL: Audrey Watters looks at an "eKIDS" program in a district in Cincinnati, Ohio, where students play the role of "e-learning consultants" in classrooms, handling tech support and showing fellow students and even teachers how to use them tools. Annie Murphy Paul calls this the "protege effect"--that the best way to understand a concept is to explain it to someone else.
