PWNED: Kno sues Cengage. You know your industry is growing up when people start heading to the courtroom. According to Mashable, Cengage Learning wanted out of Kno's online library and so the e-books company has sued for breach of contract. Legal briefs paint the darkest scenario of course, but this description from Kno's suit sounds rather grim: "Kno would not be able to replace Cengage's unique textbook collection by contracting with another textbook provider."
