Free KIDREX is a simple search engine for kids. The coloring book-style UI is powered by Google Custom Search and Google Safe Search to prevent malicious or explicit sites from contaminating the search results. Kidrex also maintains its own database of websites and search terms to further filter unwanted sites from search results. Kidrex doesn't promise to be 100% safe, but we tried a couple of undesirable search words and received an “oops, try again" message in charming, kindergarten handwriting.
