HOWARD FOR PREZ: Taking his cue from America the Fixable's April education series, Mr. Philip K. Howard, attorney and chair for Common Good provides a five-point, presidential platform for a complete public education reset. There's no edtech agenda here. Instead Mr. Howard wants to purge bureaucracy and get back to localized, school and teacher-based accountability. We agree with all of the high-level approaches though putting them to practice remains an unsolved challenge.
